eP Blog Hop: Get Distressed

Yeah for a new E-Team Blog Hop. Let's Get Distressed!

I challenged the E-Team to think about what DISTRESS means to their inks, papers, stamps and art. Wait till you see their creations. The variety in their projects and interpretations of DISTRESSING will inspire you to go get inky and dive into your paper crafting stash.

Please visit the E-Team Blog team today and leave a comment on each one for a chance to win one(1) of two(2) $25 gift certificates to eclecticPaperie.com  You have from today and through the long weekend. I'll choose 2 winners and post here on Tuesday, February 22nd.

You can reference this blog post to review how to distress tags with Distress Inks and a Blending Tool. Ranger's Distress Inks are fabulous inks and offer a great palette to help achieve that "distressed" look. I won't re-create the info and feel that all the information you need about Ranger's Distress Inks are best left to the person who knows them the best, Tim Holtz. You can go to this post authored by Tim Holtz to read and reference all about Ranger's Distress Inks.

For this weekend, we'll have all the Ranger Distress Ink pads and re-inkers on sale for 10% off. Some of our favorite stamps by Tim Holtz and Wendy Vecchi (Studio 490) are also on sale. Wendy's Art Parts are also on sale. Art Parts are a great surface for trying out your distressing inks and techniques.

So Keep Calm & Get Distressed!

This was an awesome hop. I hope I got my comments posted in time. If not the hop was worth the inspiration I gleaned. You have some very talented people on your team.
